Comments & Feedback for Lancaster Square

Such narrative minimalism requires mood and mystery for it to intrigue and unsettle, and Eric Norcross's Lancaster Square delivers. The lighting is subtly menacing rather than obviously threatening. Janani Sreenivasan's minimalist, ominous score supports rather than overpowers the visuals. While many experimental films explore the bizarre for bizarro's sake, Lancaster Square's provocative ending offers food for thought. Just what does its ending mean? Watch the film through to its end credits, several times over, and you might change your mind. Several times. In the best avant-garde tradition, Lancaster Square is more thought-provoking than polemic.

Very impressing, it requires continuation. Music matches.

Your subtleties in visual / camera work & location and using the natural light (cinematography) is great .. the music carries this short very well .. and your talent Jenny Savage is truly convincing and rewarding .. the ending is fabulous .. love this experiment very much!                          -Christopher / Online Fan
